Hi,

I wonder what your last 2 or 3 years has been like?  I know for me it has had its challenges, its beauty, and its new paths.  You might be wondering why I am reaching out to you with this personal note and thinking ‘’oh another person trying to sell me something’’.

Which is why I was a little nervous to share this out to be honest, there are so many people out there looking for business and propositioning us at every turn, especially after the years we have all had recently, this is not such a message.

I will be forthcoming and say that there is nothing to buy in this message. Just a genuine human communication.

The exciting truth is that you are one of a small group of people reading this message, as to have the link it means you are someone who has interacted with me personally or my businesses over the last decade or so.

I appreciate it may seem to have come out of the blue, and I’ll explain why in just a moment.

You see, while I have worked hard to serve and support many projects and people over the last few decades, for a long part I was almost exclusively behind the scenes, and often the silent partner or sponsor. I also took other people’s advice on branding / marketing.. which let’s just say I’ve come to realise wasn’t the whole truth.

So as part of a bigger conversation and I context, I’m reaching out to you today, and I hope this finds you well.. and can be a reset of our relationship.

You see even if we’ve had limited connections and conversations lately, what you think still matters to me. You have your personal experiences, and as a result you may know me and my projects, at least well enough to comment and give me some very valuable feedback.

I’ve come to realise that the best place to start is reality.. and not assumptions or expectations. So, I have two questions below that I would like you to answer for me, I’ll share why in a moment.

I’d greatly appreciate it if you can find the time to reply, absolutely fine if you cannot find a moment, we all know that time is precious – you can always drop me a voice note or pick up the phone..

So, here’s some background…

Over the last few years – from just before lockdown – I’ve suffered chronic pain and other health challenges, and it’s been touch and go at times. I’ve done a lot of soul searching as a result and been touched by some of the incredible old friends and new teachers I’ve found on that journey.

While the lockdown was happening several of my most important friends and teachers passed away very suddenly, and the lack of real human connection struck home. Perhaps you resonate with this.

During that time, I have had to be with the challenges of building business and trusted networks during a pandemic where people who I was in trust with were also going through a lot of their own breakdowns, this is their own journey, but it did impact me and my businesses. When I realised this, I did what I could to stop and reset.

So, I’ve decided to step up and be me.. Simon Hedley | Strategic Alchemist. I’ve launched my first public podcast PauseStopReset.com/podcast .. and just completed migrating over 400 websites with still much more work to do to fully reset things and build the ecosystem I always imagined.

What’s important to acknowledge is that as a result, I haven’t been serving you and the wider world with the great content and advice to help you grow your life and business.

For that, I want to say thankyou for waiting for me to choose to step into being me again.

Over the years I’ve consulted with thousands of entrepreneurs and on countless projects and started many of my own. Some of them may not have all been the high-flying jet setting projects that I would have loved however I learnt so much in this time of flux as I am sure that you have in life and business. I’m a big believer in owning results and committing to what you want, and recently thanks to one of my partners R … I’ve been able to get present again to my original goals and commitments. Also, thanks to Terry I’ve started to “miqui” some of the past and find the gems of genius.

So now it’s time for me to learn, improve, and move forward – to Pause Stop Reset – and continue to help you – if you’ll let me – do even more good and make more money building the business and life of your dreams with you as with our way of working is it never about ‘me’ but about ‘we’.

And, if you choose take advantage of what we’ve already built and are building.

I know, long intro and you’re already saying what do you want from me Simon? What’s in this for me? .. Well I really want this to be a re-set of our relationship.
